Meet Dr. Vincent Esposito

My name is Dr. Vincent Esposito, and I provide advanced spinal correction and chiropractic adjustments to help people function at their highest level.

As a second-generation chiropractor and former collegiate athlete, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful chiropractic care can be — not just for pain relief, but for improving the way people live, move, and experience life. That perspective has shaped everything about how I practice today.

It’s incredibly meaningful for me to serve the same community I was born and raised in. This isn’t just where I work — it’s home. My goal is simple: to educate and empower you. When you understand how your body works, you can make better decisions about your health, your habits, and your future.

I’m deeply passionate about chiropractic, as well as the broader world of holistic health — including mind-body-spirit medicine, breathwork, nutrition, herbalism, and helping people tap into the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself.

What Exactly is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is about more than popping backs. In fact, it’s best understood as a philosophy, art, and a science that revolves around a few very simple ideas:

Vitalism

is based on healing that only occurs when the body’s own healing powers are activated.

Innate Intelligence

The body has an innate intelligence: a “life force” or inborn wisdom resides within the body that governs self-healing, self-regulation, and organization from birth

Dis-Ease

occurs when the body’s natural ability to heal is interrupted.

Subluxation

is a mechanical dysfunction of the vertebrae that blocks the normal function of the nervous system.

Correcting subluxations (alignments)

removes the interference, and the body’s innate intelligence can function fully and properly.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Patient Forms

The first thing you will do is fill out patient forms so we can get a better understanding of what brings you in our office.  To expedite this process, you can fill out the forms prior to coming in by downloading them off our website.  You can etiher email them back to us or print them and bring them in with you.  If you plan on filling out the forms in the office, please come a few minutes early so we’re not rushing that part.

Consultation

Then we talk. Just you and me. I want to hear what’s been going on — your symptoms, your concerns, your goals. What brought you here, and what does getting better actually look like for you? I’m trying to understand you as a whole person.

Examination & X-Rays

After that, I do an examination and take X-rays (unless there is a reason not to). And nothing happens in my office without your full understanding and consent. 

First Adjustment

If everything lines up, we can start your first treatment right then and there.  I may going to give you something to work with at home. If you’re in pain, that might mean ice or heat guidance, movement modifications, or specific stretches and exercises. Healing doesn’t stop when you walk out of the office.  It is a lifestyle, and I want to set you up for that from the start!

Report of Findings

Following that first visit, we will set up a time for our Doctor’s Report.  During the Doctor’s Report, we focus on three things:

  1. Can you actually help me? I’ll tell you honestly what I found and what we can accomplish together. And if your case needs a different provider, I’ll tell you that too. 
  2. How often do you need to come in? We’ll build a care plan based on what your spine actually needs.
  3. What’s this going to cost?  Our goal is to make our care affordable for everyone!

 

My goal is simple: you leave that conversation feeling informed, confident, and excited about what’s possible for your health.
